About Us
The Organization
The Delaware Club of America is an association created and run by those who are dedicated to the Delaware Chicken breed. In the wake of the Delaware
breed being placed on the American Livestock Breed Conservancy List as "Critical", it has become more important now than ever to have a breed club to
save them.
The Club consist of a President, Vice-President, Secretary/Treasurer, Executive Committee (which consist of the before named and 8 Directors elected by
the eight Districts), 8 District Directors and 52 State Directors. The two additional State Directors are for Washington, DC and Puerto Rico.
The Club holds yearly meetings and as well also hold the National Delaware Breed Show, which is open to members where prizes are awarded.
The Club has a Constitution and By-Laws which you can view by clicking here.
